Arlington, VA 22202
Phone: 703-416-4100

The hotel is just across the Potomac River from Washington, DC, and within minutes of several DC area attractions, including the Lincoln Memorial, the Washington Monument, and the White House. The hotel is two blocks from the Pentagon City stop on the DC Metro rail system and three miles from Reagan National Airport.

More information on the hotel is available here. Information on getting to the hotel can be found here.

The conference hotel rate is $149 per night. In order to register, visit the hotel website and use the Group/Convention code "IEE" under the "Special Accounts" section of the registration page. To make a reservation by phone call (866) 999-8439.

The cut-off date for the conference hotel rate is Saturday, Oct. 9 at 5 p.m. Eastern time. The hotel mistakenly used Oct. 1 as the cut-off date in their reservation system; this was corrected on Monday, Oct. 4. If you made a reservation over the weekend but were unable to use the conference booking code, you should re-book your room using the booking code. The hotel is filling up fast. There are currently no rooms available for the night of Saturday, Oct. 30. Due to a marathon being run in Arlington on Oct. 31, many of the accomodations near the conference hotel are also full for the night of Oct. 30. If you will be arriving on Oct. 30, you may need to spend that night away from the immediate vicinity of the hotel.
