HOTELS
Please note:
- The symposium (including sessions, lunch, dinner, and exhibition) and tutorials are not taking place at a hotel but at the ETH Zurich
(Swiss Federal Institute of Technology)! See Travel/Directions for further information.
- Due to the fact that the majority of Zurich's hotels have a rather small number of rooms, no block reservation has been made. All reservations
are handled by Zurich's tourist office which is called Zurich Tourism (phone +41-1-215 40 40).

Making Hotel Reservations
In order to make hotel reservations you need to use the official ISWC'01 form. Please make your reservation as soon as possible because the number of rooms is limited. Please proceed as follows:
- Download the reservation form
- Fill out the form.
You can either
- select a price range for your room by checking the corresponding box (in this case Zurich Tourism will find a hotel for you) or
- find a hotel you wish to stay and write down its name under Desired location / specifc hotel. Browse the list of hotels using the Information Service from Zurich Tourism.
If you prefer a cheaper room with shared bathroom check the corresponding button, state for how many persons you are making reservations in the
field Number of persons, and indicate the rate each person is willing to pay (breakfast, service charges and taxes included)
under Rate per person.
Do not forget to guarantee your reservation with your credit card!
